KLF offers customization design and manufacturing services with a variety of shapes and sizes to meet customer needs. This includes bending, stretching, cutting, flattening and other wire processes. We produce springs with a wire diameter ranging between 0.01” to 0.6” using a variety of materials, including high carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, non - ferrous metal alloy wire and more.
