KLF began to manufacture wire springs and wire forms in 1999, now we can provide compression springs, torsion springs, extension springs, flat springs and more. To ensure the quality of the mechanical springs, we choose the superior materials like stainless steel, carbon steel and non-ferrous alloy to make springs. We own comprehensive line of manufacturing equipment including camless spring former, spring press, drilling and grinding machines. We have got lots of patents for the special shaped springs, so we can customize the springs in the required specifications.
KLF is able to design and manufacture compression springs in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet customer requirements. Our compression springs can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous alloy. We can provide custom made service based on the material, wire diameter and coil diameter.

- Compression Springs, Conical Springs, Tapered SpringsKLF provides conical compression springs with the wire diameter range of 0.1mm to 1.5mm and made of a variety of materials. We use a CNC automatic spring machine, and a camless spring machine to manufacture the small tolerance precision spring. The conical spring has a variable coil diameter. It has a large diameter at one end and a small diameter at the other end, with the diameter of the middle coil constantly changing.

- Compression Springs, Valve SpringValve springs are a helical compression spring used to close or keep the valve closed. Torsion Springs
- Torsional springs are classified into two types: single torsion and double torsion. The spiral spring is the one that uses a torque, or stores rotational energy. A torsion spring is traditionally mounted around a shaft or pivot supported by three or more points, and are easy to install thanks to the variety of end types available. Torsional springs are mainly used in curtains, door hinges and electrical appliances. Wires used to make these springs are often rectangular or circular in shape, while the curved rectangular wire is able to effectively withstand stress.

Extension Springs
- Extension springs are primarily used in medical ventilator, hand tools and home care equipment for storing energy and exerting a pulling effect. The extension spring must be attached to a device or component, and its end may be a loop or a hook.
