KLF is a professional manufacturer and not an agent company. Each spring is produced according to customer requirements.
KLF selects the right size and low-cost material according to customer usage applications. Our technicians have numerous years of metal design experience, allowing them to offer CAD and 2D design drawings for reference.
KLF is able to control costs by reducing labor costs and material waste rates in 3 different areas: processing experience, equipment, and a quality management system.
After confirming the proofing drawing, our production sample cycle is 3-7 working days. The delivery time of an order is determined based on the production order quantity and the transportation time. We also arrange for the production of machines and transportation modes according to customer delivery requirements.
We don’t have one, as it is related to the spring number and specific requirements.
Stainless steel springs include compression spring, torsional spring, extension spring and other types. Customers need to provide a specific size for us to determine whether or not we have the springs in stock, and if they will meet your requirements. If they do not meet your needs, we can also arrange for an urgent orders for spring production, and deliver them within the specific delivery time.
We recommend the following surface treatments:
Surface treatment | Applications |
Galvanization | Corrosion protection |
Chromium electroplating | Visual surface treatment, rust protection (blue, yellow, black, green) |
Nickel plating | Visual surface treatment, corrosion protection, good friction resistance |
Tin plating | Good electrical conductivity, smooth surface |
Chroming | Visual surface treatment, corrosion protection |
Copper plating | Good electrical conductivity, corrosion protection |
Blass plating | Visual surface treatment, smooth surface |
Gold plating | Visual surface treatment, good electrical conductivity. Prevent excessive solitary light, strengthen mechanical and chemical properties |
Customers should choose a surface treatment based on the actual usage environment of the mechanical springs. As an example, a battery spring that requires an excellent conductivity and strong contact would work best with a tin plating. For springs used in household appliances in corrosive environments, we recommend a galvanized treatment.
The mechanical springs can be customized and are available at appropriate prices according to the following table and actual usage for selecting material.
